Notice3:

There will be a special shuttle bus arranged by us from Holiday Inn to IHEP in every morning on June 5-7.
It will be available at 8:00 am on June 5, and 8:15 am on June 6-7.
There will be guiders holding a board of Charm2006 at the Hotel gate to show you the shuttle bus.

For who attend both Charm 06 and PRC/US Workshop: If you had requested the local support at the PRC/US workshop, the accommodation will be arranged at Guest House during June 11-18 and to take a registration online at the web of PRC/US workshop is encouraged.

Venue

The workshop will be held at the campus of Institute of High Energy Physics, Yuquan Road, located near scenic Yuquan Sculpture Park, about 150 meters North of the Yu-quan-lu subway station. It is about 30 minutes to the Tian-An-Men Square at east by subway.

Registration

Registration is required to be done through the Charm 2006  web site. Once registration is made, a registration number (your ID number) will be given, which should be referred to in later communications.

REGISTRATION FEE

All registration fee must be in Chinese RMB only. Ways of payment are as below:

1. Bank transfer

In your bank transfer, you need to refer to the name of the conference, your full name, your ID number(registration number) and the purpose of your payment and please make your money transfer payable to the following account and address:

• Please send us a copy of your bank transfer document and keep a copy for your own record.
  
• Banks quite often charge a certain percentage during the transfer process, you need to cover the gap by yourself if that happens.

2. Check payment

Checks are accepted only before May 1, 2006. Please mail your check with reference to your ID number(registration number) to:

Financial Support

A limited amount of financial support will be available for students and for those who come from the developing countries.

Participants interested in applying for the support should request and send e-mail(charm2006@ihep.ac.cn) to us. The Organizing Committee will consider your request in due time, and if granted, a written approval in the form of an e-mail will be given to you and must be shown at on-site registration.
