Housing information

The available nearby rooms are as follows with approximate price:

The Guesthouse of IHEP:   220 yaun per day/room

Holiday Inn, Chang An:       458 yuan per day/room
(4 star hotel, about 1.5 km to IHEP)

China entry Visa

Each participant will receive a visa letter after we have some necessary personal information from you, such as full name, citizenship, passport number, institution /university, mail address, fax number. Also, please let us know which Chinese embassy or consulate is convenient for you to apply for entry visa.

Transportation

We will arrange airport pick up, if flight number are informed, on January 11-12.
Taxis are always available at the airport. Transportation from the airport to IHEP Institute of High Energy Physics, costs about RMB170 (US$22). It should be paid directly by yourself..
