Registration is required to
be done through the Charm 2006 web site. Once
registration is made, a registration number (your ID
number) will be given, which should be referred to
in later communications.

All registration fee must
be in Chinese RMB only. Ways

1. Bank transfer
In your bank transfer, you
need to refer to the name of the conference, your
full name, your ID number(registration number) and
the purpose of your payment and please make your

- Please send us a copy of
your bank transfer document and keep a copy for
your own record.
- Banks quite often charge
a certain percentage during the transfer
process, you need to cover the gap by yourself

2. Check payment
Checks are accepted only
before May 1, 2006. Please mail your check with

3. On-site payment
Chinese RMB in
cash will be accepted.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. If cancellation is received by April 15, 2006, your payment minus RMB 500 for administraive costs will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after April 15. The conference participation is transferable to another person. Please contact the conference secretariat for new delegate information.
