Registration is required to be done electronically through our web site. Once registration is made, a registration number (your ID number) will be given, which should be referred to in later communications.

Financial Support

***The workshop will provide local expenses including hotel rooms, meals and transportation for about 30 attendees. Participants interested in applying for the support should request and select "Yes" in your registration.
The Organizing Committee will consider your request in due time, and if granted, a written approval in the form of an e-mail will be given to you and must be shown at on-site registration.
The financial support will be given according to the time sequence of your registration. Priority will be given to young scientists and students.

Visa

The Organizing Committee will be responsible for issuing visa application forms to the participants and their families. Please claim the need in your registration form.
