Topical Seminar on Frontier of Particle and Astrophysics 2009 -- Cosmic Rays

 Chengde, Hebei, China, August 10- 14, 2009

Beijing can be reached by all major international airlines. Domestic participants can also take trains and buses.

It is most convenient for you to take taxi from the Beijing Capital Airport to IHEP. This takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour, and costs about $15 to $20 USD.

From Beijing to Chengde     

A bus will be arranged to Chengde from Beijing at 6:30 am on August 10, starting from the Main Building of IHEP.
If you are not stay in Beijing, you can get the Hotel (JINJIANG WENGUAN HOTEL)straightly on August 10 or you can get Beijing first on August 9.  You can contact Mrs. Zhang Huimin(zhanghm@ihep.ac.cn) for this matter.

The seminar will be started in the afternoon on August 10 and ended in the noon of August 14.

如果在外地，您可以10日直接到承德，入住锦江文冠饭店。你也可以9日到北京。10日早晨我们安排了大巴车，6：30AM从高能所出发，中午到达承德，下午开始会议。会议在14号中午结束，下午坐大巴返回北京。如果你想从北京出发，请联系张慧敏老师。zhanghm@mail.ihep.ac.cn
