III C++ Coding Specification

It has been adapted
from "PST Coding Standard" (CERN) and "ATLAS C++
Coding Standard Specification". It defines coding standard
that should be adhered in writing C++ code. It aims at helping
programmers to be free of common types of errors and to write code
that are easy to read and understand.
