Realization of BES detector Monte Carlo simulation, a method for 
the purpose of simulating the performance of sub-detectors during 
data taking, got the parameters of MDC, TOF, BSC etc. and status
of dead channel distribution of MDC, BSC from the concerned data.
Two sets of constant files are generated and applied to the study
of simulating different data by setting the different versions in 
user's sober card. More than 20 realization constant files were 
generated in version 101 for R scan data in 1998 and 1999.
