Dear  all,  
         We  just  had  a  successful  meeting  on  the  BESIII  physics  yellow  book.  
About  30  people  attended  the  meeting,  including  almost  all  conveners.  
     Current  status  of  all  parts  are  reviewed,  some  are  actually  in  a  very  good  
shape,  such  as  Charm  Physics.  However,  some  parts  are  way  behind  the  
schedule.  We  understand  that  you  are  all  very  busy,  but  we  have  also  a  very  
tight  schedule.    Please  do  your  best  to  keep  your  promise.  
       As  we  agreed  during  the  meeting,  ALL  CONTRIBUTORS/CONVENORS  are  required  
to  send  his/her  writeup(  including  materials  which  are  not  yet  completed)  to  
Haibo  (lihb@ihep.ac.cn)  by  Nov.  10.  We  will  then  post  them  all  on  the  web:

   ALL  CONVENORS  shall  work  hard  to  post  a  reasonable  version  of  his  parts  on  
the  web  by  Nov.  30.    We  SHOULD  finish  this  historic  document  before  BESIII  
starts.  Thanks  a  lot  for  your  improtant  contributions.
