[Tracking Efficiency]

A task force was created to investigate exclusively the issue of the efficiency and systematic uncertainties for tracking in the BESIII experiment. The expectation is that this small group will determine any corrections that need be applied to Monte Carlo simulated data in order to reflect our actual tracking efficiencies, and the systematic uncertainties on these corrections.
