BESIII has an organization policy for Physics Analyses based on a publications policy (.ps),(.pdf). Conference talks are sanctioned by the Speakers Bureau. When an analysis is considered mature by the Analysis Working Group and Analysis Coodinators, the review process for the approval for presentation at a conference or publication is organized by the Spokespersons; only approved material can be shown in public presentations.
